More news. The hotel has been changed to the Rosemont, which is just down the street from the Crowne Plaza. Also, it's been confirmed that there will be a double-double feature before the convention like in 2008.

Aaaaaand...because I feel like it, I will speculate as to what movies will be shown. Most of this is just wishful thinking, but I really think that some of these movies have a very good chance.

Nice selection.....I don't think I'll be able to see Son of Godzilla or Godzilla vs. Mothra, though. I might even be arriving right before Godzilla 2000 starts, so I might be late to that one.

Is anyone here going to be there? This will be the first G-Fest I will get to. If anyone wants the Trendmasters figures I hvae posted on the "For Sale" board, this would be a good place to meet.

Unfortunately I won't be going. I only been to G-FEST 2000 in LA. Since it's in Chicago, I don't know anyone there or anyone willing to go with me. Also what I want to get out of G-FEST is to meet lots of special guests from the films which I feel the recent G-FESTs have been lacking. But if you're there to buy stuff, they have just about everything!
