Which film would you consider the worst in the Showa series? Mine would be G's Revenge and the runner up is Gvs The Sea Monster.

I couldn't stand all the stock footage in G's Revenge.

Godzilla's revenge is on the bottom of my list, but i have to admit i love to see Gabera get his tail less butt handed to him by father and son.

No contest at all for me - Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster. This film lacks everything for me. An interesting story, characters, and villain. This is my least watched of all Godzilla films. Perhaps other than G Raids Again, but that's not because I don't like it.

maybe because the story was originally supposed to be about Kong. i can totally see Kong doing all of that.

Possibly with Kong in it, it would have been more interesting. Godzilla and Kong have good on screen chemistry.

It's really hard for me to say what my least favorite Showa film is. I love them all. They have something in them that even the best of the Heisei and Millennium films are lacking. They're classics. But if I HAVE to choose my least favorite.....Son of Godzilla. I guess it's because I haven't seen it subtitled (subs are ALWAYS better than dubs for me), but still, it's not that I don't like it.

I swear, if THIS turns out to be true, I'll....I dunno, but I'll do SOMETHING to show my extreme disgust.
